How it works
1. Send an enquiry
Tell Stratcore the file type, approximate number of rows, affected columns or sheets, the current problem and the result you need. Do not send the workbook yet.
2. Confirm the scope
Stratcore reviews the enquiry and may request an anonymised sample, screenshot or agreed file transfer.
3. Approve the work
You receive a written scope, fixed price and proposed delivery date. Work begins only after you approve them.
4. Complete and review
The work is completed on a separate copy. You receive the finished file, a completion summary and any items needing your decision.
Data-handling summary
Your file is not required with the first enquiry. If a live file is needed, the transfer method is agreed after review. The original is preserved, work is completed on a separate copy and access is limited to what is necessary for the project. Retention and deletion arrangements are agreed as part of the scope. Client data is not used in examples, and a client file will not be uploaded to a public AI service without permission.
