Data handling and privacy
Stratcore aims to collect only the information needed to understand and complete an agreed project. A live workbook is not requested through the first enquiry form.
Before files are shared
The initial enquiry should describe the file and the problem without including confidential or personal data. If a sample or live file is needed, Stratcore will agree a suitable transfer method with you.
During the project
The original file is preserved and work is completed on a separate copy. Access is limited to what is necessary for the agreed work. Uncertain data decisions are highlighted rather than silently guessed.
AI and third-party services
Client files will not be uploaded to a public AI service without the client’s permission. Any necessary third-party service or transfer method will be discussed where relevant to the project.
Retention and deletion
The retention period and deletion arrangements for working copies will be agreed as part of the project scope. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-handling purposes.
Examples and portfolio material
Client data is not used in public examples. Fictional or properly anonymised examples are used unless the client gives specific written permission.
